Gwendolyn Nelson litigates complex commercial cases at Hach Rose Schirripa & Cheverie, LLP. She specializes in representing plaintiffs and class members in federal antitrust class actions and has litigated cases alleging price-fixing, monopolization and collusion through algorithmic pricing. She has also litigated antitrust class actions alleging that pharmaceutical companies wrongfully delayed generic drugs from entering the market.

Prior to joining HRS&C, Ms. Nelson was an associate at Taus, Cebulash & Landau, LLP and Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP. At Kaplan Fox she worked extensively on In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation (E.D.N.Y.), a class action alleging price fixing of air cargo shipping services among over twenty defendants. The case ultimately settled for over $1 billion. In addition to her experience as a litigator, Ms. Nelson worked as in-house counsel at a renewable energy company where she supported the general counsel with corporate governance, contract drafting and maintaining the patent portfolio.

Ms. Nelson has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2008. While attending Fordham, she was an editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She also held externships with the Honorable Deborah A. Batts in the Southern District of New York and the New York City Council. In recognition of her legal volunteer work, she earned an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award from Fordham Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
